convenient and clean stay
direct line polite service crew awesome staff service
The hotel is close to the train station and a supermarket. staff service is great too. the metro station is close. It has direct lines to the airport. i liked the breakfast. The service crew were polite.

excellent breakfast friendly staff subway station broken air conditioning bathroom problems no repairs
The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The location was very close to a subway station. We could get to the airport easily (it operated on weekdays).
The air conditioning did not work. The bathroom presented problems. They didn't fix it . I was not happy with that.

broken temperature control repetitive breakfast
The room was clean, which I appreciated.
The heating system was not good. I could not adjust the temperature and it seemed broken. the breakfast options were the same EVERY day, lacking any variety.

The breakfast buffet included a great variety. The hotel provided gluten-free bread upon request. Staff members in the breakfast area were kind to children. They provided children's tableware and cutlery.
The air conditioning was not very powerful. The room temperature was warmer than expected. The window insulation was insufficient. I could hear street traffic noises clearly in the room.
